Lisa Wilson-Foley is an award-winning entrepreneur. She has owned and operated a number of businesses in Connecticut over the past 20 years. Lisa currently owns: AllStar Therapy, a rehabilitation company, Blue Fox Enterprises, a family entertainment business, and MedStat, an institutional pharmacy.
Lisa is a business trendsetter and innovator. Her medical companies provide high tech mobile testing services using cutting edge technology. She was the first in the country to offer on-site child-care at her public golf course. Her bowling center was the first in the state to ban smoking.
Lisa was honored as INC Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year for Southern New England in 1997 and has been featured in Time Magazine, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. She has received prestigious awards from The March of Dimes, Junior Achievement and the UConn School of Business.
A Board member and corporator for many non-profit organizations, Lisa has been on the boards of the UConn Foundation,The Renbrook School and was a past chair for the CT Women’s Hall of Fame. She currently sits on the boards of NASL and The Bushnell Center for Performing Arts, and is a corporator for the American School for the Deaf, Hartford and Saint Francis Hospitals. Currently working toward her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Lisa holds degrees from Ithaca College, a Masters in Public Health from Yale University and a certificate from the University of Connecticut;s Executive program in Managed Care. She lives In Simsbury with her husband, Brian where they have raised their seven children.
